Joining Process Requirements For A Volunteer
Dinare Babirwa Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization with the primary objective on Community Social Welfare. Making a different through volunteering work is not joint item, it’s an essential part of a functioning society. Volunteer work is the cornerstone that joins charitable service and hard work. While an individual generally does not receive compensation for the volunteer hours, but the rewards of service goes beyond that of monetary payment or monetary value. in addition to the personal satisfaction and deeper understanding of community gained in helping a person or organization, therefore interested people who want to be part of this project as volunteers should look at the following requirements:
- Be a person who is willing to give his or her time to the good cause the organization has been mandated to achieve.
- Be prepared to live without compensation as this is a charitable work.
- Be a person who lives close to the vicinity of the organization as this will ultimately makes you understand the plight of rural school children as the focus is on them.
